Fabulous- I just love Nick Bantock. I found a ton of great art products for collage from Cavallini Papers; vintage luggage labels, paper clippings, and Nick's favorite "Par Avion" air mail stamps. I wish you the best of luck in your art!
Hi Esther - Just wanted to tell you how much I love this work that you did. It seems like forever since we did this swap - but forever I will cherish your contribution to my book!
I'm an orthadox jew tring to find the bridge between my very missed old life and my new one. Being raised by biker parents, living all over the country, and growing up with no foundation of g-d adds to interesting perspectives on everything. I started this blog out for just saving pics of all the art I send out, not wanting to share anything on the new life I've taking on...now it's time to really make use of it. I started out with art a long time ago, and i've learned everything on my own. Today I would say I'm a mixed media artist, taking this and that and putting it together and calling it art. I really like altered books, altered journals, beads, paints, watercolors, old rusty metal, ATC's art dolls, little 1"x1" art, tags... Judaic art is next...anyone know a good hebrew calligraphy book?? :O)
